Laird Bailey successfully secured full planning permission for Ouzlewell Green, a bespoke self-build country home in Leeds. Navigating a particularly challenging site, with a significant proportion positioned within the Green Belt, required expert landscape planning and a highly sensitive landscape design approach to ensure the new residential development harmonizes perfectly with its rural setting.

The Ouzlewell Green project replaces a collection of redundant buildings with a stunning, contemporary courtyard-style family home.
