Andrew is the Managing Director of Laird Bailey and serves as the primary point of contact for all new client enquiries and project commissions. With over a decade of diverse experience spanning both the public and private sectors, he has built a reputation for steering complex, multi-disciplinary projects to success.

Andrew’s extensive expertise covers the entire spectrum of landscape architecture—from strategic regional masterplanning and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) down to technical, detailed design. In addition to guiding the practice’s design and new arboricultural directions, Andrew is an accomplished environmental consultant frequently trusted to provide specialist Expert Witness services for planning appeals and public inquiries.

David leads our landscape design and management division, serving as the key point of contact for clients moving from planning into delivery. He is a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) who holds both a First-Class Honors degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in the discipline.

Backed by more than 15 years of industry experience, David’s expertise spans detailed technical drawing, on-site implementation, and contract administration. His comprehensive knowledge ensures that all Laird Bailey design schemes are structurally sound, beautifully finished, and managed efficiently from initial breaking of ground through to final handover.

Lindsey is a highly accomplished arboricultural consultant with more than 20 years of experience dividing her career between public sector local planning authorities and private commercial consultancy.

As Head of Arboriculture, she oversees the delivery of our complete suite of tree services—including BS5837:2012 Tree Surveys, Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIA), and Method Statements (AMS). Lindsey’s profound understanding of local authority expectations makes her an invaluable partner for developers, architects, and planners seeking smooth, legally compliant path to planning consent.

Backed by a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and CMLI chartership, Kat brings technical proficiency to the team.

Kat excels in navigating the intersection of spatial design and environmental planning, contributing heavily to our landscape strategies, visual impact assessments, and planning condition discharges. Kat’s rigorous, evidence-based approach to planning and design gives clients absolute confidence when submitting schemes to Local Planning Authorities.

Craig is a multi-talented designer with a foundational background in architectural technology and a deep enthusiasm for landscape architecture. He is currently on the pathway to gaining his full CMLI chartership.

His rare blend of skills allows him to approach projects with both spatial creativity and structural precision.
